Ingredients: Alcohol infused fruit puree(Citrus Peel, Currants, Prunes, Raisins, Cherries) Flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, burnt sugar, Flavoring, Spices.
Storage instructions: Wrap in cling wrap and store in an airtight container at cool room temperature for 2 months or more. Freezes well for up to 1 year. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of your favourite alcohol to preserve the moisture.
