We require a minimum of 3 weeks' advance notice for all events and corporate orders. Allow 72 hours for a response after submission.

Events & Corporate Gifts

The lead time depends on the specific product and order size. While some items are available for 48 hour purchase, certain customized items and large orders might require 2 to 3 weeks' notice.

Orders need to be submitted and approved by our team 2 weeks before pick-up or delivery date. All custom orders need to be submitted and approved 3 weeks before pick-up or delivery. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Yes, we provide delivery services for a nominal fee. Our delivery radius and fees may vary, so please inquire when placing your order.

Given the unique nature of our business and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, we have opted not to provide discounts on orders. This decision allows us to consistently deliver the exceptional products and services that our valued customers have come to expect from us.

Once your order is submitted, an invoice will be sent via email (check spam folder).
Deposit payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Once the deposit is paid, your order is confirmed. Payment of remaining balance is required 1 week before the pick-up or delivery date. In case of rush orders, full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Rush orders are orders that are requested under our 3 weeks’ lead time period and is subject to a 10-20% contingency fee depending on order size and date.
