Refund policy

NutmegSpiced Refund & Return Policy

At NutmegSpiced, every treat is handcrafted with care and baked fresh to order. Because our products are perishable, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy on all purchases. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or store credit in the following cases:

  • You do not like the taste of the product.

  • You change your mind after purchase.

  • You ordered the wrong item.

  • Products were not stored properly after pick-up/delivery.

  • You did not pick up your order on the scheduled date/time.

Errors on Our Part

If NutmegSpiced makes an error with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). In these rare cases, we may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit. Proof of the issue (including photos and/or return of the product) may be required for review.

Pre-Orders (Local Delivery & Pick-Up)

  • Pre-orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for store credit at NutmegSpiced’s discretion.

  • This policy also applies to requests to reschedule pre-orders.

Shipping Orders (Canada-Wide & USA)

  • All shipped orders are final sale.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled shipping date.

  • If you encounter an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@nutmegspiced.ca. While refunds are not offered, we may provide store credit or another resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes

  • Store credit, when issued, will be provided in the form of a digital gift card and may be used toward any future NutmegSpiced.ca purchase.

  • Refunds, store credit, or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued at NutmegSpiced’s sole discretion.

  • All concerns must be reported within the timelines listed above to be eligible for review.
