NutmegSpiced Canada-Wide Shipping Policy

At NutmegSpiced, we take pride in delivering freshly baked Grenadian-inspired treats right to your door. To ensure you receive the best quality possible, please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship once per week, with all orders dispatched every Tuesday.

  • Orders placed after our weekly cut-off will ship the following Tuesday.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Details

  • We currently ship across Canada only. (No PO Boxes.)

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout—NutmegSpiced is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. Weather, courier delays, and other factors may affect arrival times.

  • Once your package leaves our facility, NutmegSpiced is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

Receiving Your Order

  • Couriers may leave your package at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. A signature is not required.

  • For best results, we recommend being available to receive your package, as baked goods left outside may lose freshness or quality.

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders affected by delivery delays, weather conditions, or missed deliveries.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship with ice packs, dry ice, or cooling materials. Please keep this in mind when ordering certain items.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and courier rates.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Our treats are baked fresh for every order. For the best experience, enjoy them immediately upon arrival.

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • NutmegSpiced is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the courier.
