At NutmegSpiced, “custom” refers to order size, assortment, presentation, and packaging — not recipe alterations.
We do not modify ingredients or customize recipes for dietary restrictions, substitutions, or personal preferences.
Custom orders are ideal for:
• Large quantities (e.g. 50–300+ pieces)
• Event assortments and variety boxes
• Individually sliced or packaged items
• Corporate gifting and special presentation needs
Important Ordering Policies
• A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required for all custom orders.
• Submitting this form is a request only and does not confirm your order.
• Once details are reviewed, you will receive an estimate.
• If you wish to proceed, an invoice will be issued.
• Your order is officially booked only after full payment is received.
• We do not hold production dates or begin preparation without payment.
This process allows us to source ingredients, schedule production, and ensure your order receives the same care and quality as everything we create.

Corporate Order Pricing & Service Fees
Lead times vary based on the product and order size. Some items can be ready within 72 hours, while customized items and larger orders may require 1 to 2 weeks' notice. Rush orders for less than 72 hours may be available for an additional fee.
Corporate and custom orders require additional planning, coordination, and hands-on labor beyond our standard retail offerings. This fee reflects the operational work involved in producing, organizing, packaging, and fulfilling multi-item orders while maintaining our quality standards and timelines.
At NutmegSpiced, we don’t offer discounts on large orders because each item is unique and handcrafted with premium ingredients, ensuring consistent quality and care in every bite. Our pricing reflects the true value of our work and commitment to excellence.
Service fees are applied based on the size and complexity of the order. Orders with multiple items, individual packaging, assortments, or higher coordination requirements may incur a higher service tier.
All service fees are clearly outlined at the time of quoting and reflected on final invoices.

Delivery and courier fees are separate from the Corporate Production & Fulfillment Fee. The service fee covers production and order handling, while delivery fees reflect distance, time, and third-party courier costs.
