We have a storefront in the form of a pickup window open to the public on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

All orders are placed on our website.
We accept pre-order for pick-up and local delivery with 48 hour notice by 12:00 PM Thursday-Saturday. Eg if you would like your order on Thursday, we need to receive it by 12:00 PM on Tuesday.

Remember, your order is crafted on the date you’ve chosen, and please keep in mind that we won’t be able to create a new order under these circumstances. It’s strongly advised that orders are picked up on the day that you selected during the ordering process.

Absolutely! Enjoy the convenience of our FLAT RATE Delivery at starting at just $9, tailored to your location. Our delivery service covers a wide area, including Toronto, Brampton, Scarborough, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, and beyond. To take advantage of this service, kindly note that a minimum purchase of $30 is required for delivery. During checkout, simply enter your postal code, and rest assured, your order will be delivered between 2-7 PM. Please note that while we offer a convenient delivery window, we are unable to provide specific delivery times.

We work with third party delivery service. Before delivery is attempted, they send SMS and email updates to you as your order is on its way (please check spam folders). If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and a re-delivery will be scheduled at an extra cost to you.

Canada-wide shipping is temporarily paused. We'll update you as soon as it's available again. Thank you for your understanding!

Unfortunately, at this time, we're unable to accommodate custom orders. However, we invite you to explore our available products directly on our website and find something that suits your needs perfectly.

We don’t ship outside of Canada.

The cutoff is Saturday at 11:59 PM. Your order will be dispatched by Thursday the following week. The date chosen at the checkout is the latest date your order will leave our facility. NutmegSpiced isn’t responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.

Our delectable creations are prepared with care, but we want to share some important details. Please note that we are unable to accommodate food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. Our production environment handles gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and alcohol.

If you have severe allergies or specific dietary needs, we kindly ask that you refrain from ordering our products. We also want to clarify that we don’t offer customizations for our menu items. While our team takes extensive precautions to prevent cross-contamination, there’s always a possibility that one product may have been in contact with another.

Your food being safe is our top priority! NutmegSpiced is handled by a culinary trained chef that is fully certified in food handling, advanced sanitation, HACCP and operates in a Toronto Public Health Inspected commercial kitchen.

Most of our treats are served best at room temperature. Our baked goods are best consumed immediately. In case that there are treats remaining, refrigeration and freezing method can increase shelf-life.
